I would like to thank all the readers from Hacker News. I wrote the post to practice my writing and having this many readers has been very encouraging.

I like technical blog posts and I think hacker news has over time gotten fewer of those. I figure if I want that trend reversed the best option is to do so myself. I doubt I will ever rival Jeff Atwood or Patio11 stuff but with practice I’m going to see how close I can get.
